We collect information online when you place orders so we can efficiently fill your request, ship your orders and provide you with e-mail order confirmation pertaining to your orders. We do not, however, share your online order information or telephone number with other organizations for commercial purposes. If you supply us with your telephone number online, you will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders you have placed with our company. If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products or special purchase opportunities. Canandaigua Spice Company guarantees premium quality and freshness. We promises you that if you are not 100% satisfied the quality or freshness of any product you buy from us, we will cheerfully refund the full purchase price, exchange the product or credit your account. We mean it!


PACKAGING:
To retain freshness and keep costs of our products reasonable to our customers, Canandaigua Spice Company packages the majority of our products in heavy duty clear laminated containers. All packages are safety taped for the consumer’s protection. We do a quality inspection before shipping each order, but in the event that you receive a container that the safety seal is damaged on, please call us immediately and do not use the product.

USA ORDERS ONLY, PLEASE:
At this time, we are only able to ship our products within the United States.

ORDER ON-LINE:
Ordering via our web site is safe and easy! Just click on the item you want, select the quantity and click the "Add to shopping cart" button, etc. Orders will be processed within 48 hours!

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
From time to time we may find ourselves out of stock on certain items. We do not back order products. SO, you will not be charged for any out of stock items. Normally, this is a temporary situation so come back soon.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover for online payments.

Simply fill out the downloaded order form and mail it to us at Canandaigua Spice Company, 117 Eastern Blvd.  Canandaigua, NY 14424. Please make sure to enclose your check, money order or credit card information. Sorry, we cannot ship C.O.D.

ORDER BY PHONE:
Call us at 585-394-7840, 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m., Eastern time, Monday - Saturday. Please make a list of the items you wish to order and have your credit card information available.

ORDER BY FAX:
Fill out the downloaded order form and fax it to us at 585-394-7644 24 hours a day! Please include your credit card number and expiration date. Your faxes come to a secure office location and your personal information with be kept confidential.

YOUR PHONE NUMBER... AND YOUR PRIVACY:
We do ask that you supply a daytime phone number so that we can reach you if there are questions about your order. We will never make your phone number available to anyone, for any reason.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via USPS standard ground service. We will charge the postal rate based on weight of the package. Please be aware that tax is charged on shipping rates in NYS.

We know how hectic things can get sometimes, so we would be happy to help if you need your order FAST! USPS 2nd day delivery is available on most orders for just $10.00 over our normal shipping charges. For Next Day Air delivery, please call our customer service lines for details.
